To demonstrate the practical applicability of the Urban Land Value Field (ULVF), this study introduces a series of representative case studies developed within the Urban Value Research Center (UVRC). These projects illustrate the implementation of the proposed framework in different urban contexts, including infrastructure development, land valuation, urban planning, corridor analysis, and regional-scale spatial assessment.
Rather than reproducing the full content of each study, this section provides a concise overview of their objectives and relevance to the ULVF framework. Detailed methodologies, datasets, analytical procedures, and results are presented in the corresponding publications and project reports.
Collectively, these case studies demonstrate that the ULVF framework has been applied across multiple spatial scales and planning contexts while maintaining a consistent theoretical foundation. They illustrate the flexibility of the framework in addressing diverse urban problems and provide practical evidence supporting its potential applications in urban value analysis, land price determination, and spatial decision support.
